Fiscal Emergency Update
On October 1st, 2015 the State Auditor released Hamilton Township from Fiscal Emergency. The attached report details the reasons the Township entered Fiscal Emergency and the steps that were taken to remove the designation. The Township is now fiscally sound, and report details the measures taken to ensure fund balances remain positive into the future.
